It's strange that when the officer went back to the gas station he chose not to record the part where the guy walks up, gets in their faces, screams and shouts at them... Isn't that the part of the situation that "justifes" what happened later? It's almost like that part never happened and they just decided to target someone who was drunk. He didn't submit and comply so they unlawfully solicited a trespass then gave him a violent punishment.
